BECOMING HER AGAIN❤️

Not chasing perfection. Not setting unrealistic goals. Just choosing myself, one day at a time.

Like many women, I’ve also experienced weight gain, struggled to find time for fitness, and wondered how to balance everything while taking care of myself.

Being a doctor, a mother, managing work, family and all the little things in between… finding time for ME hasn’t always been easy.

But here’s what I’ve realised: You don’t need a perfect routine, a perfect body or the perfect time to begin. You just need to begin.

So, I’m officially starting this journey — not just to lose weight, but to become stronger, healthier, fitter and happier.

And I don’t want to do it alone.

To every woman who wants to get fitter but doesn’t know where to start, who keeps postponing her fitness goals, or who struggles to prioritise herself amidst a thousand responsibilities…

Let’s do this together! ❤️

No crash diets. No unrealistic expectations. No giving up on life to get fit.

Just small, sustainable changes, realistic workouts, mindful eating and showing up for ourselves.
