I went to @city_shred for this episode of get ripped with Syd and did a very sweaty and hot workout in the Toronto summer heat.

This was a first for me - I haven’t ever done this event before so had no idea what to except. If you’re into fitness, I would recommend checking it out!

It’s ☀️ Syd’s side quest summer ☀️ and I went to @city_shred in Toronto!
So many vendors with fun freebies. AND an exciting launch from my favourite protein powder @goodprotein - they’re coming out with on the go shakes. 😻

It’s ☀️Syd’s side quest summer☀️ and I’m celebrating SUMMERWEEN!!!!! I love spooky season and I love doing anything spooky any chance I get. So when @hauntedhollows.ca announced Summerween I immediately grabbed my tickets. It was so much fun!

I think it took us about 40 mins to walk through the entire haunted maze. The food from @darkhorse.tavern was incredible. We also got a cute little photo-op and played some carnival games.

Would absolutely recommend checking out Haunted Hollows in Newmarket if you haven’t already. We’ll definitely be back in October 🦇🎃👻💀

I went to the @therosepicnic this weekend for the first time and lived out my pink and white girly dreams. Some great drinks and food from @citrusbychefjay hosted at @cfccreates in Toronto!

Some of my fave vendors were at the event as well including @craftyelk and @smokeandtearsco 😻

Get ripped with Syd brings us back to physio workout again this week! I was hurting for a few days after this one.

Don’t mind me flexing my non-muscles at the end haha.

Im definitely getting stronger, but still need to figure out what I can do to improve muscle visibility. The answer is probably just working out more lol.

Doing someone else’s routine is always an interesting experience. I’m so used to my home workouts and physio routines that it’s fun to switch it up. And not be working out alone.

Toronto Pride was this weekend! It was HOT but such a perfect Pride weekend. Saw so many friends and got to connect with new people! We had such a fun time exploring the street fair, collecting freebies, and just taking in the pride vibes!

I got to try some donuts and a new summer drink from @isabellasdonuts ! This was my first time trying them and they were sooo yummy.

They had so many flavour options AND they change up flavours every 2 weeks, so there’s always more fun flavours to try. We also tried one of their new summer drinks and it was so good! Incredibly refreshing and would be great pool side or on a cute picnic.
