@hono__studio cut the footage of the last rally of the 2008 Wimbledon final into 60 frames and put one on every bottle of @temper.tennis’ Victory Edition pear cider.
Rafael Nadal won that final – the greatest tennis match ever played. The Vienna-based studio designed the packaging of a limited edition of organic sparkling pear cider for TEMPER, a studio for tennis objects and experiences.
The risograph-printed design gives every label the same tennis court, a grid of blocks in Wimbledon’s green and purple. HONO Studio made each label a different frame by hand, punching the ball out in its own position, numbering it and underlining Nadal’s name. Light behind the bottle then makes the cider itself the yellow of the ball.
