It was hot dogs for dinner last night but… with a little Mexican sass🌶️! Serves 2 Recipe⬇️
* 4 whole beef hot dogs
* 2 jalapeño’s deseeded sliced in strips
* 4 turkey bacon strips
* 1/4 onion sliced in short strips
* 1 avocado
* 5 cherry tomatoes chopped
* 1/4 tsp garlic salt
* 1 tsp olive oil
* 4 hot dog buns
* Butter
* Dijon mustard
Add a few slits ( not cutting all the way down) to hot dogs. Wrap a slice of bacon around hot dog. Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil in a skillet and add wrapped hot dogs. Turning them every 6-7 minutes until brown and crispy. Once done remove and put aside. In the same skillet add 1/2 tsp olive oil, add jalapeño’s and onions, let cook until softened. In a bowl mash avocado, add tomatoes and garlic salt and mix.
Butter top and bottom of hot dog bun and place on a comal or skillet. Let toast for approximately 5 minutes.
Add some avocado to bun, then hot dog, top with Dijon mustard, onion and jalapeño’s! Provecho 😋

Happy Birthday papaw ❤️ I miss you so much and i know we talk everyday, but i can’t wait to hear your voice and see your face again someday. It never gets easier and you’re the first person i want to call whenever i have something on my mind. But i know you’re enjoying the show from above, and i’ll have so many more stories for you when i see you again. I miss you man. Love you.

This was a fun story from my special “Matthew Steven Rife” on YouTube. He would’ve loved it 🥹
