WHAT HAVE WE JUST WATCHED?!?! GOAL OF THE YEAR?!? 🥵🥵🥵

A year ago I completed my first ever photoshoot…🥹

But this shoot was JUST the beginning for me☺️…

Since October 16th 2025:
- I completed and received my level 3 PT Qual📝
- I launched my online woman’s-coaching business🥹
- Started making social media a safe and knowledge filled space for women☺️
- Completed a 9-month growth season💪
- Currently in my last week of a PRE-STAGE-PREP diet phase (ahhhhhh🫪)
- And now, I’m looking to hop on stage for the first time next year.😆

The last 12 months, have COMPLETELY changed my mindset, my aspirations, my knowledge, my circle, and my hunger to LEARN MORE…

I have always stayed true to my word, on social media, to myself and to ALL my clients…🥰

And feel so incredibly happy to have chosen to continue sharing my journey to the stage🥹.

But for now, until the next shoot…because we celebrate EVERY stage of our journeys here ☺️✨.

Who yall got tank or Ryan

I am thrilled by the response to my memoir One Helluva Ride which debuted as the #1 New York Times bestseller in hardcover, in hardcover and ebook and combined and also #1 on Audible.

A reminder that I read the audio book version of my memoir.

And Amazon and Barnes & Noble has the book at 50% off the cover price.

This book is a deep dive into HOW my most celebrated movies were made - incredible, never-before-told stories and deeply personal moments from my life.

I hope you will read it!

1-0 as head coach 🤩
