I picked up a new @casiowatches_official G-Shock watch at the airport in New Zealand because I didn’t bring my fitbit on tour!

The model I got charges via solar power and it also connects to my phone via Bluetooth and has a pedometer, which records my daily step count.

Turns out, even down under in Australia, I was still clocking in an average of 32,000+ steps on show days.

Unfortunately, I left my new watch behind, sitting in my hotel windowsill charging in the sunlight, when I left for the airport to head home from Perth.

Lucky for me, my good buddy G Rule was able to retrieve the watch on my behalf! He grabbed it from my hotel room before housekeeping got there and he was able to ship it home for me 🙏😎!

I think it just wasn’t ready to come home yet, and wanted to extend its journey and literally soak up the sun!!! Haha.

If someone could just tell me what to cook for dinner every night, that would be LOVELY 🙌🏻 It’s not even the cooking I mind, it’s constantly having to think of what to make that everyone will actually eat! So tonight, for the first time, I decided to put @chatgpt to the test 👀 I gave ChatGPT Voice a few random ingredients we had at home and challenged it to come up with a dinner idea for all 5 of us.

This is just a little bit of our back-and-forth conversation, but I was actually so impressed with how quick and helpful it was! I could tell it what ingredients I had, ask questions, add things as we went and even change my mind halfway through 😂 We ended up making a creamy chicken, red pepper & cheese pasta and I even uploaded a photo of our spice drawer so it could suggest which spices to add for more flavour. Such a handy way to get a bit more creative with meals, use up what we already have and take one more decision off my plate (pun intended 😂).

Creamy Chicken, Red Pepper & Cheese Pasta 🍝
Ingredients (for our family of 5)

• 4 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
• 1 red pepper, chopped
• 400–500g pasta
• Approx. 300ml double cream
• Approx. 100–150g grated cheddar
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp garlic granules
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp dried thyme
• Salt & pepper
• A little pasta water, if needed
