A frightening incident was captured on CCTV in Panipat, Haryana, where an 8-year-old boy fell into an uncovered drain on Devi Mandir Road while crossing the muddy lane. A local resident immediately rushed to rescue the child and pulled him out in time, saving his life. The incident has once again raised serious concerns over public safety and civic negligence, as a woman reportedly fell into a drain in the same area last month.
