@ironmanportugal @ironmantri — IRONMAN is currently failing to apply its own maternity and paternity deferral policy. My wife and I have been trying since August to defer both of our IRONMAN 70.3 Portugal-Cascais entries following the birth of our son. We have provided the required supporting documentation and have now been chasing for 7 weeks. Every email has been ignored. This policy is supposed to protect both pregnant athletes and their partners. Publishing a Pregnancy and Parenthood Policy means very little if athletes who qualify under it are simply ignored when they try to use it. We are asking for one thing: apply your own policy and confirm both deferrals immediately.
