We’ll choose some to go on the list for a Hollow proof when they’re ready... 👀🪾 Hollow by Lindsey Anderson Beer. Coming August 2027. In this feminist reimagining of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Katrina Van Tassel is not a prize to be won, but the centre of a dangerous mystery and seductive supernatural love triangle.
A little street style, a little coffee, a little matcha, and the best branzino I’ve ever had. Apparently, my camera roll has two personalities: fashion editor and food critic. ☕️ On the fashion side of things, I’m having a serious moment with this gray peplum jacket from Stella McCartney. There’s something about a beautifully structured waist that makes even the simplest pair of jeans feel instantly more polished. Add a burgundy Jil Sander bag (because I’m still not over this color), and suddenly a casual coffee run looks like I have somewhere very important to be. Spoiler alert: I was going to get matcha. 🍵 And then there was dinner. I don’t usually interrupt an outfit post to discuss fish, but when you have the best branzino of your life, it deserves a place on the grid. So here we are. A little fall street style inspiration, a few excellent beverages, and one very memorable dinner. Honestly, a pretty successful day by my standards. Now tell me: are you here for the outfit, the coffee, or the branzino? 😉
The bow at the end 🥹 ! Had to celebrate our princess in a big way ✨ our final look for our music “trick or tunes” halloween theme is Princess and the frog of course 🤩 bringing Tiana, Naveen & Louis to life for you with a little performance in Central Park (just pretend it’s New Orleans !) 🎶 Cerulean is music obsessed (I swear he has synesthesia) & he loves instruments, live music, jazz & of course Louis “alley-gagor”! His favorite thing to watch is “fireworks show” - in reality is the friendship fare performance at Disneyworld in front of the castle where “Tee”, Naveen, Louis & “goof” perform with tambourines & a trumpet 🎺 ! So he loved bringing this scene to life! The second he put his outfit on he said “cerulean needs horn!” ✨ Happy Halloween !!!! We had so much fun spending a few hours in Central Park in this look yesterday! We found a few different live “mucus” (music) performances & Cerulean made sure “everybody clap!” After each one ! So be sure to give him a round a applause in the comments 😉
🔥 According to the Smithsonian Institution, lowriding began in Mexican-American communities during the 1940s! Mexican-American car enthusiasts began modifying older vehicles, lowering their suspensions, adding custom paint jobs, and creating a completely different style from the popular hot rods of the time! 🇲🇽🚘 The Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History confirms that Mexican-Americans helped establish the tradition through their creativity and mechanical skills! Instead of building cars primarily for speed, they embraced the famous “Low And Slow” lifestyle! By the 1950s, lowriding had become an important part of Mexican-American automotive expression, particularly in Southern California. 🔥💯 More than 80 years later, lowriding has spread far beyond California, reaching communities across the United States, Japan, and other parts of the world! What began in our Raza’s neighborhoods became an internationally recognized automotive tradition! DID Y’ALL KNOW MEXICAN-AMERICANS STARTED LOWRIDING?! 🇲🇽🚘
