Crash ! While ebiking at fair lick of speed though a woodland by-way my peddle struck a raised tree root and I was off 😵💫 my mate Paddy came back to check I was ok 👏 it was all captured on my Insta360 making a cool short video 🤣 no bones broken just few gazes and the odd bruises and the 360 was unharmed in the making of this short video #insta360 #ebike #cycling #offroad #havingfun
