پلو مخلوط ❤️ دو تا پیاز خلالی خرد شده رو داخل روغن تفت می دهیم سپس فیله مرغ خرد شده رو اضافه و بعد از چند دقیقه تفت دادن ادویه (نمک ،فلفل ،زردچوبه و دارچین )میزنیم بعد زعفران دمکرده و هویچ نازک خرد شده رو به مواد اضافه ‌و بعد از چندین دقیقه مغز گردوی خرد شده و کشمش رو هم اضافه (در صورت تمایل فلفل دلمه رنگی خرد شده رو هم اضافه میکنیم )و میزاریم مزه ها باهم ترکیب بشن . چند دقیقه قبل از آبکش کردن برنج ،عدس پخته شده رو اضافه و آبکش میکنیم . در ظرف مورد نظر یک لایه برنج ریخته و از مایه گوشتی روش پخش میکنیم و شوید خشک هم روی مایه میریزیم و دوباره برنج و شوید خشک اضافه و میزاریم برنج دم بکشه 🙏🙏🙏
