Ye shadiaan tu ho kar hee raheen aur ab tak chal raheen hain. Mashallah. Today we are celebrating 17 years of tolerating and loving each other, and being on your television screens. And the love keeps growing. Thank you from the core of our hearts for allllllll the love you all continue to give our #bulbulay family. We feel blessed that we are able to impact millions of lives all over the world and bring entire families and communities together for a few moments of joy and laughter, every day for some of you, amongst all the stressors around. Almost every day I meet a Gen Z or Gen Alpha human who thanks me for enriching their childhood with this show, or a child who won’t go to sleep without watching it, an elder who can only destress through this show, people with Down syndrome or autism who believe and take joy in us being their own family members, blind people who listen to each and every episode and know entire dialogues, serious political figures who are addicted to it, and it all continues to blow us away. We are all deeply humbled and grateful everyday. Happy 17th birthday my fellow bulbuls! We are currently shooting for the next 6 months too. ❤️❤️🧿🧿💪🏼💪🏼✨✨ P.s. Papa we miss you dearly. Hope you’re enjoying and resting in peace. P.p.s. These clips are from our shaadi episode folks when Hina apa joined us permanently. 🥳 @mahmoodaslam.official @nabeelzafar.official @hinadilpazirr @shaguftaejazofficial @arydigital.tv @ranarizwan_official #comedy #viral #trend #pakistan
I’ve been having a really hard time lately with my chronic pain and anxiety, and my workouts look NOTHING like they used to. it’s frustrating because I know what I’m capable of but I’m trying to take my own advice and lower my expectations a little. some movement is still worth doing, even if it’s only 15 minutes!! if you’re struggling with this too, please don’t give up on your workouts just because you can’t do as much as you’d like right now!❤️ comment WORKOUT and I’ll send you my 4 day beginner workout plan!! 🫶🏼 you can modify every exercise to meet yourself where you’re at, use lighter weights or lower the reps, and you can do some movements with just your bodyweight if you need something more low impact or lower intensity!!
Meet Abiha Fawad better known as Bia, our deputy director. Certified nerd, but the kind who shows up to every single event with her whole heart poured in. That pretty smile? Permanent fixture. Ask her for anything and she’s already on it, no hesitation. Getting her to bunk a class is a mission in itself but on the rare day it works, expect complaints on loop for the next hour. 😄 Bia is genuinely the kindest soul you’ll ever meet. She saves you a seat at every meeting, hypes you up to do things you didn’t think you could, and somehow makes it all look effortless. Oh, and one thing you should know: you will never catch Abiha without a volleyball in her hand. That just wouldn’t be Bia. 🏐 Meet Arwa Khan our Wawa, Deputy Director for Decor. 🎨 She might seem shy at first. She very much isn’t. Every week she unveils a new side of herself you had no idea existed (all in the best way), and she’ll probably start a fun fight for absolutely no reason. We love that about her. Give her five minutes and she’ll make a friend out of anyone no effort required, it just happens. Though PE is a different story: somehow, every single time, the ball finds her. Every time. ⚽️😭 Jokes aside, Arwa is the cutest, sweetest girl you’ll ever meet. She’ll offer you a snack the second she has one, hug you when you need it most, and fight for you when it counts. Hardworking to the core, she gives her all in every situation no questions asked.
