Comment “READY” and I’ll send you 25% OFF my current MLAM Full Body, Core, and Pelvic Floor Challenge!! LAST CHANCE to join for prizes & price goes UP at the end of TODAY!👏🔥 I have seen SO many women come into my programming wanting to “strengthen their pelvic floor”…yet they don’t even realize they’re dealing with a TENSE and TIGHT pelvic floor to begin with!! I never blanket statement anything in this work…but I will say probably 99.9% of the women I work with have some type of tension-related issue. Whether it’s in the posterior chain, the pelvic floor itself, the abdominals…or all the above SOMEWHERE we’re holding onto tension! And what are so many women being told to do??? CONTRACT. CONTRACT. CONTRACT. 🙄 For the one, off, on, off corner of the internet….telling women to hold for 30-40 sec straight?! GOOD GRIEF. PLEASE STOP. This advice is doing women such a disservice!! Can Kegels have a place? Sure. But not every woman needs MORE contraction. Some women need to learn how to LENGTHEN, RELAX, coordinate their breath, manage pressure, and THEN strengthen effectively! Our pelvic floor needs to be DYNAMIC👏 It needs to lengthen AND contract. And we need to stop treating it like an isolated muscle that just needs to be squeezed all day❌❌ There is SO MUCH MORE to pelvic floor health than Kegels!! And this is EXACTLY how I approach my training. Strength work, pelvic floor release, deep core connection, breathing mechanics, pressure management…ALL OF IT! Women deserve better education and programming that actually considers the body as a WHOLE!🤍 Comment “READY” and I’ll send you 25% OFF my current challenge!! Last chance to enter for BIG PRIZES and price increases at the end of TODAY! Join & submit your photos by 11:59pm ET to be eligible to win part of $101,000+ in cash prizes!!! I would be SO honored to have you join us!! Let’s gooooo👏👏🤍 Purchase required. 18+. Void in Maryland, Canada, and where prohibited. See Official Rules at solin.stream/rules. #pelvicfloor #kegel #postpartum #pregnancy #viral
Some stories begin with the purest smiles and the warmest hugs… but end with tears that break millions of hearts. From a little boy being held in his father's arms to a grown-up facing the pain of an emotional goodbye, this hits differently when you realize how quickly time passes. Lionel Messi isn't just a football legend; for millions of fans, he's an emotion, a childhood memory, and a symbol of dreams that once felt impossible. ⚽🐐 From watching him lift trophies to witnessing the emotional moments that remind us even legends have to say goodbye, the journey has been nothing short of unforgettable. How it started: pure love and innocent smiles. How it ended: tears, memories, and a heart full of emotions. Football gives us unforgettable moments, but sometimes, it also reminds us that nothing lasts forever. 🐐✨ 👇 Be honest, Messi fans… did this one hurt you too? Once a fan, always a fan. MESSI FOREVER! #LionelMessi #Messi #MessiFans #Football #sarcasm
