Compression, compression, COMPRESSION. This is a longer flight than I’m used to. 4 hours long so as much as I feel great I don’t want to have a flare up, so tighten up it is.

I would say after 5 years of traveling for work week over week, I’m an expert traveler and always find good deals 🫶🏼🥰 the key is to stick to 1 Ariline or 1 hotel chain so your points can add up. Just like when you go to Starbucks 😂 let me know if you all want me to make a couple of videos on how it works. Traveling can actually be affordable if you have flexible schedule and you use those points. Basically the trick is paying your credit card off right away, I pay my groceries and bills with the credit card but pay it right back. Therefore I get points and don’t incur any interest.

Traveling for work is exhausting BUT the points are such an amazing benefit, I get to experience things with my kids as we travel and it is an amazing perk 💜

4 hour flight with 2 kiddos under 3 🫣
wish us luck 🍀 going to wake up all the kids 😂🫠

I’ve been seeing a lot of Solunars lately and been talking a lot about Seafarers as well, so I had the urge to snap a shot of mine. Pergaps the best subdial ever created, it sure is a thing of beauty. But is it fancy? This is a tool watch thru and thru, to me inherently opposite of fancy…unfancy? Dress it up with a BOR bracelet, pair it with a poinsettia (fancy plant name) and ask @aviantime doth this be worthy of #fancywatchfriday

Rossiya hukumati Ukraina Wildberries va Ozon marketpleyslariga zarba berishini kutmagan. Bu haqda mamlakat prezidenti Vladimir Putin “Delovaya Rossiya” qurultoyidagi chiqishida aytib o‘tdi.

Putin Ukraina doim shunday qadam tashlaganini, biroq ular bu darajaga bormaydi deb o‘ylaganini qayd etgan.

Uning aytishicha, Rossiya bunday zarbalarga “javob qaytarishni boshlagach”, Ukraina tomoni “homiylarining oldiga chopib, Rossiyaga taʼsir koʻrsatish va toʻxtatishni yolvorib soʻraydi”.

Putin energetika obyektlari boʻyicha ham xuddi shunday holat takrorlanganini taʼkidlaydi. Shu bilan birga, Ukrainaning Rossiyadagi neftni qayta ishlash zavodlari boʻylab yoʻllagan soʻnggi zarbalari “jiddiy boʻlmagani”ni qoʻshimcha qilgan.

Shuningdek, Putin Rossiya allaqachon bu hujumlarga javob qaytarishni boshlaganini bildirgan.
