What does EMCC really mean for coaches — and what about mentoring?
It’s more than a title or a certification.
It’s a commitment to professional standards, ethical practice, continuous development, and quality in coaching and mentoring.
At Intellect, we believe becoming a professional coach or mentor is not just about learning the skills — it’s about building the mindset and practice that define true professionalism.
