📍 Office-based in Hayle
💷 £26,000 per year, rising to £26,500 in April 2027
📅 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

As a Support Broker, you’ll be a consistent point of contact for people using our service. You’ll get to know each person, understand what matters to them and work alongside them to find the right support to help them achieve their goals.

Every person’s journey is different. You could coordinate Personal Assistants and community colleagues, arrange practical support or essential items, connect people with local services, work with partner organisations or advocate for someone’s voice, choices and rights.
