this is one of those transformations i reallyyy wish i took a before photo of. @kara.dand had a layered bob you guys 😭

we added in 3 packs of 18” @philocalyhair ktips to create this textured jellyfish cut. and we’re soo obsessed w how it turned out❣️ AND we’re thinking of adding in colored ktips next time too !!

“The cowards never started, the weak died along the way. Guess that leaves us” I ran a half marathon back in August around 1 hour and 11 minutes. Most “experts” and coaches in running would’ve told me the following: “Double your half marathon time and add 6 minutes. That’s what you’ll run for a full.” There’s something important to know, most people want to put you into a box because it makes their life easier. It’s a weak approach and if you aren’t careful, you will be told what you’re capable of before even stepping foot on the course. I hate that and reject what most limits are because it’s lazy thinking Long story short, if I would’ve believed the traditional way I would’ve ran a 2:28 marathon at best. Instead I ran 5 minutes faster To quote the great Katie Heron, “The limit does not exist.” Expect more from yourself and you’ll get more in return 🎥: @247represent
