Comment FIX and I’ll send you everything to get started 🔥 Wether you are newly postpartum, years/decades postpartum, hysterectomy or never had kids, this challenge meets you where you are at! ✨ C-section, hysterectomy and diastatsis recti safe ✨ It’s never too early or too late to start 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Our goal is to connect your breathing and core control then work through progressive exercises to strengthen the appropriate core muscles while restoring proper pressure management within the core, promote healing, decrease pelvic floor dysfunction, improve rib flare, restore posture and alignment. This is what I have done after 2 pregnancies and would do again and again, but to be honest, my 2nd postpartum I took my rehab more seriously. I didn’t rush my progression. I listened to my body and moved through my rehab with intention. I felt so much stronger and more connected this 2nd time around 🫶🏼 #postpartum #csection #core
Let’s build a strong core and get rid of some fat 😅 Core Ignite program provides everything you need to build the foundation for a strong and functional core beyond just the 6 pack abs! Nutrition guidance that supports healthy hormones and fat loss, because without the right fuel we cannot make progress in our training 💪🏼 Comment “ignite” and I’ll send you everything you need to get started! ‼️ this program is not recommended for newly postpartum, c-section or hysterectomy‼️ if you are at least 6 months or more postpartum/surgery with rehab during this beginning months, you can start this program
My current measurements ⬇️ These have been my go to tank tops from @ptulaactive as a busy, 40 year old mama that wants to be comfy, but also look cute! Comment “tank” and I’ll send you all the links! 💜 Use Code “hunnybuns” to save 💰 5’4” 155lb 36DD 29” waist (smallest part) Long torso 39” hips Wearing size small in all tanks!
Comment 30 to get started FREE🔥 You don’t need longer workouts…you need more effective ones. 30 minutes is PLENTY when your workouts are programmed with purpose. ✅ Compound exercises train multiple muscle groups at once ✅ Deep core woven into workouts without adding more work or time ✅ Supersets allow you to get more quality work done with less downtime ✅ Challenging weights create the stimulus needed to build muscle + strength ✅ Training close to fatigue makes those working sets COUNT ✅ Progressive overload gives your body a reason to keep adapting ✅ Intentional rest keeps the workout moving without sacrificing performance ✅ Repeating key movements allows you to actually progress instead of doing random workouts every day You don’t need to cram as many exercises as possible into 30 minutes. Choosing the RIGHT exercises, training with enough intensity and progressing over time. You can build muscle, get stronger and make progress without spending hours working out 🤌🏼 #dumbbellworkouts #homeworkouts #postpartum #weightloss #gainmuscle
Mom life doesn’t hit pause and neither should your progress. Somedays will be easier than others. I know the frustration and being overstimulated can really kick us in the ass, but show up anyway. Don’t let it be a road block. Since I workout out at home again, 30 minute workouts are the sweet spot to helping me achieve my goals without losing my mind 😅 because we all know that feeling….we just want 5 minutes, no interruptions. The heavy emotional load of trying to be there for yourself, your kids and get it all done. Keep it simple. You can still build muscle, lose weight, strengthen your core and feel good in your body without spending hours in the gym or on a workout. Comment “30” to start my DB IN 30 program 👏🏼 dumbbells only, 30 min, 4 days a week! Structured to cut the time in half while keeping the intensity up, burn more calories and enhance muscle growth and strength! 💪🏼 #homeworkouts #dumbbellworkouts #postpartum #momfitness
