We’re excited to have @jayanaman as a mentor for Innovation Lab Cohort 2.

A pharmacist turned product leader, Joel brings years of experience building products across healthcare, education, and technology. At the Lab, he’s working closely with one of our teams, helping them move from identifying a meaningful problem to shaping a clear product direction and making the decisions needed to build something that creates real value.

Joel also brings a strong understanding of career development and employability through his work with Mande, giving the team a broader perspective on not just what they are building, but why it matters and who it is ultimately built for.

We’re glad to have his experience, perspective, and product thinking in the Lab.
