Billie’s story captured me in a way that I didn’t know was coming, but that I really needed. @alyfergwrites managed to write the heaviness of grief, the weight of depression, the sweetness of real love and healing, and some of the funniest comebacks I’ve read in a very long time all in one book. Having gone through many things that our main character has gone through, I felt so seen and known reading her story—and man, oh man, did I cry a ton.
