Experience a mesmerizing and thought-provoking evening of dance featuring works choreographed by MFA in Dance candidates Angel Anderson, Rhianna Cranston, and Tanniqua-Kay Buchanan. ⭐️ 👣
A.R.T. Through the Wake explores and uncovers evolving strategies for world-making, where place becomes performance, body becomes archive and movement becomes prophecy. 🌎 🤲
Through hybridity across movement, ritual, futurism and emergent technologies, this performance acts as a laboratory for imagining liberated Black futures rooted in joy, hope and collective possibility.
Enjoy offerings of what was, what is and what could be.
