1. start small.
film little 3–5 second clips throughout your shift. pouring, chopping, stirring, plating — it doesn’t need to be perfect or super aesthetic.

2. give people something to take away.
talk about your day, share a recipe, give a tip, explain something you’ve learnt. make your content useful, relatable or entertaining.

3. stop caring what everyone thinks.
there’s no one “right” way to do things in a kitchen. take constructive criticism, ignore the nasty comments and keep putting yourself out there.

you already have content all around you — you just have to start filming. 👩🏻‍🍳
