ten minutes on the floor, in this order: 1. first, on hands and knees, make your throat long drop your chin away from your chest and breathe slowly for thirty seconds. everything from your head leaves through the two hollows above your collarbones, so if those are closed, nothing you do after has anywhere to go. 2. then walk one hand forward until that arm passes your ear stay on all fours and let your chest sink. the arm has to pass your ear, because that is the only position that opens the hollow underneath it, and nothing in a normal day puts it there. thirty seconds each side. 3. then rock your hips back to your heels and forward again slowly, about ten times, hands staying where they are. the crease at the top of your leg folds and opens on every rock, and it is the way out for everything below your waist. 4. then sit all the way back until your knees fully close right back onto your heels. there is a cluster behind each knee nobody mentions, and it is the bottleneck for your whole lower leg. halfway back does not close the joint, so it does not pump. 5. keep moving the whole way through. never hold a position this is the one people get wrong. a held stretch is a position. rocking is a pump. stay still in any of those four and you have done a stretch, not a drain. and on the days it does not happen, dandelion, cleavers and burdock keep things moving for me. two capsules of Sculptique with breakfast (linked in my bio or here https://amzn.to/4zzrvp9) ten minutes. start tonight and you have seven weeks before thanksgiving dinner. want an additional routine that also complements this? comment “DRAIN” and i’ll send The Lymph Reset straight to your inbox for free. ♥️ follow me first or else you won’t be able to receive my messages #womenover50 #menopause #lymphaticdrainage #puffiness #healthyaging
