Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Alex Call went viral after blasting MLB on X for airing what he called ‘soft p*rn ads’ during the 2026 playoffs. Call said his young son wanted to watch baseball with him, but he couldn’t justify the sight of ‘half-naked women’ appearing on screen at any moment. The ads in question feature Sydney Sweeney promoting sports prediction platform Novig and Megan Fox promoting an ED medication — both of which have been in heavy rotation across TBS, Fox, and NBC during postseason broadcasts. America’s Pastime apparently comes with some very adult commercials.
