This post isn’t really about volume and gains. It’s about the change in mentality.

Back then, if you had the recovery and wanted more, you ran an extreme training protocol with tons of volume. Now, people who say they want to maximise gains convince themselves that doing the bare minimum is enough.

Don’t get me wrong, minimum dose training works really well, especially for those who don’t care about maximum gains, but it shouldn’t be the default approach for the “hardcore” lifter trying to get as jacked and as strong as possible.

Not the best day to celebrate… but Erling Haaland continues his 𝒉𝒖𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒔 after scoring a brace today. 🏅🇳🇴

New record today for Erling Haaland and he is now the 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐒𝐓 and 𝐅𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓 player to reach 𝟔𝟎 𝐆𝐎𝐀𝐋𝐒 in 61 Champions League games. 🌟🇪🇺

He broke Messi’s previous record with 𝟐𝟎 𝐅𝐄𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐒. 🤯

He is now Manchester City 𝐀𝐋𝐋-𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐑 in the Champions League 🩵

🥇 Haaland: 38 goals (41 games)
🥈 Agüero: 36 goals (64 games)

Wins, losses, draws… but Haaland always scores. 🤖

No makeup , no filters , no masks , a night full of madness , laughter , dance , long conversations, and new friends …
Delhi you will be remembered like this for the rest 🐽❤️
