✨ALL THE THINGS I DO THAT GIVE ME A GLOW AT 59 ✨

Comment: Groovy & I’ll send you the list!

⭐️ More than products I’ve been doing these couple of things CONSISTENTLY over the years.

- I hydrate and load my water bottle up with whatever I’m needing throughout the day. USE YOUR WATER! Add aminos, vitamins. Hydration , whatever.
- I SWEAT almost every day! Non negotiable.
It’s a free detox and helps with literally everything!
- Legs up the wall. 10 minutes. Daily.
- Red light as much as possible. Wether it’s a face mask or a light box. It is well worth the investment.
- Microneedling. It has done wonders for my acne scars, skin texture & gives me a glow.

✨ I invest in my skin because honestly I’m getting too tired to do a whole make up thing to go out for 2 hours. And I don’t wear makeup up during the day. So I want my skin to be FAB!

⭐️ Do you guys have any beauty secrets I need to know??? ⬇️

Stick to the Routine-

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times. Stick to the routine.

When I transitioned out of the military, I lost my routine for a period of time. A few weeks felt like years. Looking back, some of the hardest periods of my life have come when I’ve gotten away from the very things that keep me grounded.

For me, fitness has always been that foundation. Mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. It sets the tone for my entire day. And that routine has saved my life in more ways than one.

But the concept applies to everything. Shooting, golfing, building a business, whatever skill set you want to develop or maintain.

Consistency builds proficiency. Proficiency raises your baseline. And your baseline is what you can fall back on.

What’s the best diet? The one you can actually stick to.
I’d rather eat reasonably clean 85% of the time for the rest of my life than crash diet every few months.

Same goes for training. You don’t need to go all out for three days and disappear for six months. You need to show up consistently, put in the work, and stay the course.

Build a reasonable routine around your desired end state. Something sustainable. Something you can maintain for years, not weeks. As your goals change, adjust the routine to support them.

It doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective. It just needs to be consistent.

Set your baseline. Show up. Put the work in. Stay the course.

Live the routine. Be a Pro.
