I am behaving

Look at the difference between those two versions of the same person.

One’s stood there looking at the world like it’s full of good things coming. Mates, family, travel, training, actually sleeping properly. No idea yet what the job’s about to take out of them.

The other one can barely stand up straight. Carrying trauma they have never unpacked, nights that’ve wrecked their body clock, stress they have stopped mentioning because nobody asks anymore, burnout they probably doesn’t even recognise as burnout. Missed bedtimes. A PSD complaint they can’t get off their mind.. All the responsibility, none of the support that’s meant to come with it.

Nobody shows you that second photo on day one. If they did, I don’t know how many people would still sign up.

I’m not saying don’t join, or that none of it’s worth it. I’m saying I did 18 years and I recognise every single thing on that second version, and not enough people are honest about how much this job changes you when nobody’s helping you look after yourself along the way.

That’s the bit I’m trying to fix. Not by telling people to leave the job, but by helping them build something that stops that second picture being the only ending.

The Blue Light Lifestyle Hub App exists for exactly this. Less than 73p a day to actually take back control of your health, instead of letting the job quietly take it from you year by year.

Comment FOUNDER below and I’ll send you the details.
