🌿 Mountains, nature and bright minds! Rosa Khutor welcomed participants of the International Olympiad on Climate Change and Environmental Issues (IOCE 2026), held on September 20–29 with teams from 14 countries. The event was organised by Sirius Federal Territory and the Talent and Success Foundation.

On the final day, Dmitry Kolosov, Sustainability Director, and Vasily Afanasyev, Deputy CEO for International Projects, introduced the resort and shared their experience of working within a national park. Participants appreciated the team’s care for nature and efforts to reduce its environmental footprint. 💚

🎁 IOCE participants, here’s your chance to win a Rosa Khutor pin! Follow this account and answer in the comments: how many metres of snow fell in total on the Aibga Ridge near Rosa Khutor during the 2025/26 winter season?

We’ll draw a winner from those who follow and comment! 🏔️

Introducing the LM1 EVO 🚀 15 years after the launch of Legacy Machine N°1, the Machine that started the entire Legacy Machine collection is back! Originally developed with Kari Voutilainen and Jean-François Mojon, LM1 retains its unmistakable architecture, with two independent time displays, a vertical power reserve indicator and the signature 14mm flying balance wheel. But quite a lot has changed: a smaller 42mm case, 60 hours of power reserve, a redesigned power reserve indicator, and all the benefits of the EVO collection, including 80m water resistance and shock protection - and a bonus: interchangeable rubber straps. Available in titanium with a rhodium-plated dial plate, or rose gold with a green dial plate, limited to 33 pieces. Check out bio for all details ☝🏼
RICE CONGEE USING A ROTISSERIE CHICKEN (CHAO GA) INGREDIENTS 1 rotisserie chicken 1 onion, peeled 4 to 5 slices ginger (about ⅛-inch thick) 8 cups water 1½ cups white rice, rinsed (I used jasmine rice) FOR SEASONING Fish sauce Chicken bouillon Salt Sugar FOR SERVING Chopped cilantro Chopped scallions Fried shallots Julienned ginger Black pepper Instructions 1. Shred all of the meat from the rotisserie chicken and set aside. Place the chicken bones, carcass, and skin into a large pot along with the onion, ginger slices, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes to create a simple chicken stock. 2. Remove and discard the bones, onion, and ginger, leaving only the broth in the pot. 3. Add the rinsed rice to the broth. Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the congee reaches your desired consistency. Stir occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot. 4. Season to taste with fish sauce, chicken bouillon, salt, and/or sugar. 5. Add half of the shredded chicken into rice congee (save other half for chicken salad) Garnish with scallions, cilantro, fried shallots, julienned ginger, black pepper, and any other toppings you enjoy. NOTE For a thicker congee, simmer longer. For a thinner consistency, add more water or broth as needed. Adjust the seasonings to your taste preference.
