Did you know that a team of Deaf girls from Bauchi State won Nigeria’s 2026 National Girls in ICT Competition? 🤟🏽💻🏆

The team, Hands That Speak, from the Special Education Centre, Bauchi State, emerged as the overall national winner with SignCare — a digital health accessibility platform designed to improve communication between Deaf patients and healthcare providers.

This is exactly why education and access to technology matter.

For Deaf learners, technology is more than computers, apps, and digital skills.

It can become a way to communicate, create, solve problems, access opportunities, and participate more fully in the world around them.

When a Deaf child is given quality education, accessible learning, and the opportunity to explore technology, we shouldn’t only ask:

“What can they learn?”

We should also ask:

“What can they create?”

Because talent is everywhere — but opportunity must be everywhere too.

At eDeafy, we believe Deaf learners deserve access to education that helps them discover their abilities, build confidence, and prepare for a future where their ideas can make a difference.

🤟🏽 Learn in Sign. Grow Without Limits.

Partner with eDeafy to build a more inclusive digital world. 🤟🏽💻

Let’s create more opportunities for Deaf learners to access education, explore technology, develop their skills, and bring their ideas to life.

Because technology should be inclusive for everyone.
