Sometimes being intentional means knowing when not to force it. I’d rather go quiet for a minute than create just to stay visible.
Still working. Still training. Still building… Just learning how to carry it all without losing the purpose behind it.

watched this literally as i was making my bed. i resonate sm w this !! i make my bed everyyyyday and i be doing the cleaning lady tucks, the pillow karate chops and just something about that intentional, slow time and making my space neat became addictive, i don’t usually feel ready w/o that step. makes me laugh @ the times mom would have to force us 😂
