Last night I found myself revisiting some of the darkest chapters of my life. Memories I don’t necessarily care to relive, but ones I can finally look back on with gratitude. Because damn… look how far I’ve come.

One thing I’m learning is that vulnerability doesn’t make you weak. You can be strong, disciplined, independent, and STILL be fighting battles nobody knows about.

Some of the people in these pictures have absolutely no idea how much they contribute to my happiness. Something as simple as showing up, sharing a laugh, or spending time together can change the entire course of somebody’s day. Today was one of those days. 🫂

Life hasn’t always been kind to me, and I haven’t always been kind to myself either. But I’m learning to forgive, to receive love, to give it freely, and to stop treating vulnerability like something I need to protect myself from.

I don’t have it all figured out. I’m just grateful I get another opportunity to figure it out.

Still here. Still growing. Still smiling. DIAMOND HEART 😤 @diamondheart_sg @diamondheartbjj

God is great. 🙏🏿

New territory. Same mentality.

November 14th, I make my competition debut on my Earth Day. Win, lose, or draw, I’m coming to give these boys WORK. 😤🥶

DAY 90 | 90. 🏁 MISSION COMPLETE.✅

But understand something… this was NEVER just about fitness.
I’ve been grinding for well over 365 days. These last 90? I made a conscious decision to TRIPLE DOWN…

On my discipline, my finances, my sobriety, my purpose, and most importantly, MYSELF. 461 days WEED | COCAINE FREE. 158 days ALCOHOL FREE. 🙏🏿

I’ve made more money, KEPT more money, and built savings I once only imagined having. But the real wealth? My mindset shifted from SURVIVAL to EXPANSION. I stopped moving from a place of scarcity and started recognizing the abundance already present in my life.

I rediscovered my love for combat sports and competition. Found my way back to self-love. Stopped shrinking myself to make other people comfortable and learned that putting myself FIRST doesn’t mean I love anybody else LESS.

I’ve gotten to relearn the beautiful parts of myself. The darkness still exists, but it no longer runs the show.

And through it all, GOD NEVER TOOK HIS HANDS OFF ME. 😪

The greatest reward isn’t what I’ve gained. It’s knowing that somewhere along this journey, somebody watching decided to get up and go after a better version of THEMSELVES. That’s what makes all of this worthwhile to me. I’m not here to convince anybody that life is perfect. I’m living proof that you can take accountability, change your circumstances, and rewrite the direction of your life.

90 days COMPLETE. But the work? That shit don’t stop.
I ain’t come this far… to come this far.

HIGH V👁️BE. A luxury money can’t buy. 🥶🪽

Life is entirely too good to spend it pretending I’m not enjoying mine. 😏

Some people celebrate you, some study you, and some can’t quite decide which one they’re doing. That’s the beauty of perspective. 👁️👁️

Either way, the show goes on.

October, RESPECTFULLY. 🥶🦅

5AM thoughts. No edits. No music. Just where I’m at right now.

Sometimes being intentional means knowing when not to force it. I’d rather go quiet for a minute than create just to stay visible.

Still working. Still training. Still building… Just learning how to carry it all without losing the purpose behind it.

To everybody still tapped in, I appreciate you. 🏴‍☠️❄️🥶

Some parts of my life don’t need a voiceover, or music… Just presence. 🤞🏿🩶❄️

This wasn’t really about boxing.
It was about what boxing attracts.

Discipline.
Accountability.
Brotherhood.
Character.

The workout was just the introduction.
The conversations told the story.
The ending explained everything.

Sunday is where we set the standard.
Monday just gets the credit.

SB: None of this was planned. We just hit record. Funny enough… homie @ the end had no clue who we were.
😮‍💨💨❄️
