5 -slide Vitamia Health educational carousel taking a closer look at Rhodiola, a botanical included in ELEVATE Mood Gummies. The carousel introduces Rhodiola and its history of traditional use, outlines areas investigated in human research including mental fatigue, stress-related symptoms, cognitive performance and physical performance, and describes biological pathways being explored by researchers, including stress-response, cellular-response and nervous-system signalling pathways. It explains that Rhodiola is included as part of the ELEVATE formulation alongside Ashwagandha and L-Theanine. The final slide shows the purple ELEVATE Mood Gummies bottle with the words: “In summary. A closer look at Rhodiola. The research. The evidence. No hype.

You asked, so we took a closer look. 💜

When we asked which ELEVATE ingredient you wanted to know more about, Rhodiola came out on top.

Rhodiola has a long history of traditional botanical use and continues to attract scientific interest today.

Human research has explored areas including mental fatigue, stress-related symptoms, cognitive performance and physical performance. Researchers have also investigated biological pathways that may help explain the scientific interest in Rhodiola, including pathways involved in the stress response, cellular responses and nervous-system signalling.

The science is still evolving. Different studies have used different Rhodiola preparations, doses and research methods, which is why we think it is important to look at both what the research tells us and where questions remain.

At Vitamia Health, we believe in sharing the science without over-promising.

The research. The evidence. No hype. 🔬

Rhodiola is included as part of our wider ELEVATE formulation, alongside Ashwagandha and L-Theanine. 💜

Research relates to the specific Rhodiola preparations studied. Areas investigated should not be interpreted as established health benefits. Evidence continues to evolve.
