I know a lot of colleagues feel tight on cash so they under coach a new role. I get it when the wallet is tight… that investment of 1 or 2 more coachings can make the difference of how prepared you are in the room.

Showing up to the first sing thru solid and confident will leave a lasting impression. You don’t need to be perfect, you need to be prepared. There is a difference.

The other side of the coin is being kind. The energy you bring to the rehearsal room matters. Sometimes when colleagues are feeling nervous, under prepared, lacking self confidence it shows up in a shitty energy. Make sure you monitor that.

Kindness + reliable + prepared goes a long way in our industry.
