A KCSE candidate from Alaru Central Mixed Secondary School in Homa Bay County has died after sitting her first exams on Monday, November 2. The student developed severe chest pains after completing her English and Chemistry papers. She was rushed to hospital but died while receiving treatment. Her family revealed that she had a history of illness and dreamed of becoming a lawyer.

Photographed by @mescondi for Outlander Magazine Issue 02, the shoot adds another chapter to Dafoe’s ever-growing collection of iconic poses, which have become something of an internet phenomenon in their own right. In a playful tribute to the actor’s much-loved fashion editorials, the magazine even created a custom suit featuring his most memorable poses. Eight months in the making, Issue 02 is a labor of love from the independent magazine, featuring experimental print techniques including scratch-and-sniff paper, heat-sensitive pages, stickers, origami, and interactive inserts.
