37 DAYS until I step onto a bikini fitness competition stage 🍑🙈 and I still have around 19kg I’d ultimately like to lose.

Am I slightly shitting myself?

YES 😂

But this is probably the biggest thing I’ve learnt in the last 128 days…

BANK THE REPS.

That’s genuinely how I’ve changed physically AND mentally.

Protein? Rep.

Whole foods? Rep.

Walk? Rep.

Water + electrolytes? Rep.

Good sleep? Rep.

Three proper meals instead of picking all day? Rep.

Put my bloody phone down instead of scrolling for an hour? REP 😂

And probably the biggest one…

Talking to myself like someone I actually LIKE.

Because I used to be SO all or nothing.

Have one bad meal?

Well, fucked it now.

Might as well eat everything and start again Monday 😂

But if you got a flat tyre, you wouldn’t go…

“WELL THAT’S THE CAR DONE.”

…and drive it into a wall 😂

You fix the tyre and keep driving.

Same with this.

Missed the walk?

Next rep.

Ate something you didn’t plan?

Next rep.

Bad day?

NEXT REP.

You don’t need to restart, just need to do the next good thing.

And every time I bank one, it’s another little bit of evidence that maybe this IS just who I am now.

I’m someone who walks. I’m someone who strength trains. I’m someone who prioritises protein. I’m someone who looks after herself.

Do enough of anything and eventually you don’t have to keep trying to become her.

You just ARE her.

37 days left.

Still scared 😂 Still nowhere near finished.

But we keep banking the bloody reps 🍑💪🏻

Sick of everything being fake.

You’re good at your job. Your friends are great. You like your life.

So why does dating feel like the one thing you can’t figure out?

Most people blame the apps, their schedule, or the idea that there just aren’t any good people left. But a lot of the time, the real problem is closer to home: how your week is set up, the habits that take over when dating feels uncertain, and whether your standards are protecting you or just keeping you from trying.

Next Wednesday, October 14 at 12pm ET / 9am PT, dating coach and matchmaker Blaine Anderson is joining Rich Life Expert Sessions to walk you through the four places people get stuck, and the one change you can make this week.
