![Comment “SUN” and I’ll share my Surya Namaskar breathing guide to help you understand when to inhale and exhale through all 12 positions.
Surya Namaskar is not about how quickly you complete 12 poses. It’s about how mindfully you move through each one.
Small mistakes in posture, spinal alignment and weight distribution can affect the quality of your practice.
Whether you’re a beginner or have been practising for years, pay attention to how you move, where you place your weight and how you coordinate your breath.
Remember, control and awareness matter more than speed.
Save this reel and revisit these corrections before your next practice.
