Now that the Rolex Perpetual Padellone has had some time to settle in, we’re taking another look at one of the brand’s most mechanically complex modern watches. Its moonphase display and instantaneous annual calendar draw on Rolex’s historic calendar watches of the 1940s and early 1950s while incorporating contemporary watchmaking innovations. The 39mm case is offered in Everose gold and platinum across three configurations. It balances vintage proportions with contemporary details, including a new Settimo bracelet available in Everose gold. The automatic Calibre 7190 features Rolex’s patented Haplos annual calendar system, which allows the day, date, and month to change instantaneously at midnight. It also incorporates the Dynapulse escapement and Syloxi hairspring. Has your opinion of the Perpetual Padellone changed since its debut?
Lovely trip back to Manchester topped off with a really good visit with my Dad 🥺 Flirting with the home staff, calling everyone his favourite, winking for another biscuit, cracking a few jokes.. 🤣🤣 He might have lists of his teeth, but he hasn’t lost his sense of humour! Just can’t fully understand the jokes. But what it does do is give us both memories of most Sundays we’d spend together on the moor, from early afternoon until last orders. We had some right laughs and beautiful memories ❤️ Makes me sad that he’s still here but that’s no longer possible. It’s hard to understand the true destruction dementia causes, until you’re in it. And I wouldn’t wish it on anyone in the world - as always, give them a ring if you’re lucky enough to be able to, or a hug if you’re even luckier ❤️ #dad #son #family #dementia #love

how I got my arms to be too muscular 🥰 all jokes aside, I’m being silly about this hate comment. I have learned to not let them get to me, and to not listen to societal norms. WOMEN: IT IS AMAZING TO BE STRONG. if you want weak, brittle arms then by all means go for it. but in order to live a long healthy life, we need muscle. osteoporosis affects 1 in 4 women (80% of all cases in the US) chase strong, not skinny. do more, not less 🤍 #womenshealth #upperbodyworkout #strongwomen
