We’re proud to see our student Roy Abi Raad bringing Lebanon’s perspective to the COP31 Simulation Programme in Egypt.
Representing his delegation in the Just Transition Lab, Roy took part in multilateral negotiations, coalition-building, and policy drafting, advocating for greater recognition of the impact of conflict on communities, livelihoods, and the environment.
His work brought a South Lebanon case study into the negotiations, connecting local realities with broader conversations on climate policy and international cooperation.
