Fitness isn’t supposed to be a one-stop shop.
It is something that should be part of your lifestyle. You will sometimes meet your goal. Even surpass it.
You will sometimes not fully get there before your goal changes into something else. But don’t quit. Don’t stop working on your health and fitness because it gets tough.
It is supposed to be. If you ever want to do something different, in life, in a relationship, or in your profession, you will meet resistance.
Doing anything different from what your brain is used to is HARD.
But that type of hardship is easier to deal with than the consequences of not trying. 20+ years, and I am still a newbie in a lot of things and an expert in plenty.
That’s kind of the whole point. 🦋 Embrace never-ending progress, and you will see that, all of a sudden, it becomes the most rewarding journey yet. And if you’re ready to make fitness a part of your life rather than another temporary goal, comment COACHIDA and I’ll tell you more about how we coach at IBFIT.
Is Shohei Ohtani under the most amount of pressure he’s faced heading into NLCS Game 3? 🤔 Ohtani was adamant to stay in the Dodger lineup despite his 3-20 start to the postseason and the multiple injuries he’s battling. If LA loses Game 3, their chances of coming back on Milwaukee and going for a 3-peat decrease significantly. What do you think?
