Even my mum could do this.

This is a simple half-half technique that easily allows any logo designer to balance their horizontal logos.

Whilst it won’t work for all (especially if the name is super long) it will allow most logos to get close.

Icon = double the height of the type

Space between icon and type = half the height of the type.

Hope it helps.

Kerning also should to be less than in video (I think so). Usually this kind of kerning much better for vertical version

What if the logo is close to the same proportions of the Nike logo instead of a square/circle?

I'll stick to just eyeballing it on Canva when adjusting my layout after background removal, image upscale and vectorisations of an AI generated icon... The future is now!
