🍁🦌 Deer Fencing 🦌🍁

We’vehad some break ins over the last few weeks, so Jay had to finally go out and fix some fencing today.

He buys all of our fencing from a local farm supply store, Menards, but you can get it at any of the big stores.

The girls were very interested and wanted to help 🐓

16 weeks, 110 hours, 780 miles

if this training block has taught me anything, it’s that I’m capable of so much more than I realize

over these last four months, I️ have hit paces and ran distances I️ never have before and pushed myself in ways I️ didn’t know I️ could

now all I can do is trust the work and hope Sunday’s race is a reflection of everything I’ve put in

and whatever happens, I’m really proud of what it took to get here🤍

let’s do this thing @chimarathon
