We’ve become so good at reading people through their social media that sometimes we forget…
we’re only seeing a fraction of their life.
Social media isn’t a mental health report but for some people, it can be a form of mental support; a distraction, a creative outlet, a way to connect, or simply somewhere they can feel like themselves for a moment.
So, don’t assume someone doesn’t need support because they look okay online, check on your people outside social media too.
Not only when something looks wrong.
Not only when they stop posting.
Sometimes, just because you care.
Anyway, I hope you find someone to check up on today beyond their feed.
