Retirement? I’m not sure bro…😂 @vincentluistri , you are an @ironmantri World Champion! 20years, first shot. Having known someone for such a long time, through all the highs and lows taking the top step at the biggest race fills my cup… What an incredible race, it felt like nothing out there was certain until the line! Congrats everyone on a historic day! Some images, between champions and warriors, commentating and handing out water…

The many lives of Zara McDermott 💖

Eight years ago, Zara McDermott entered the Love Island villa as a 21-year-old bombshell. But the years since have seen her forge a path that’s entirely her own: nine documentaries, two podcasts, presenting, producing, and a career that has taken her far beyond the stereotypes and limitations so many wanted to put on her.

Now, with 30 just around the corner, Zara is less interested in having it all mapped out. “There’s something so beautiful about not planning too much and just seeing what happens.” In Cosmopolitan’s October digital cover interview, she talks about the stories she feels compelled to tell, the life she’s built with Louis Tomlinson, and learning to trust the person she’s becoming. Read the full interview at the link in bio.

🍁☕️🤎

It’s just my kinda fun in the sun ☺️

I’m genuinely curious if anyone wakes up every day and for the most part is pretty happy, calm and collected? Because I’m not sure that’s ever been my reality🤪😅

I’ve always been some level of feeling a bit anxious and a bit down and depressed, but I’ve had coping mechanisms that have helped pull me through in the past.🙏

I guess at some point I lost them or maybe life just piled up a little too much? 🤷‍♀️

I think I’m a pretty positive person and I like to look at the bright side so I just kinda hate that this is my reality.🙄 I want to fix it and change it so bad, but man, it’s hard.🤦🏼‍♀️

One thing I know is that I’m not gonna give up.💪 I am gonna figure it out! My doc has me starting another medicine and increased the Zoloft! and I’m really thankful to my girlfran on here who recommended Genesite (sp?) because my doctor ordered that and so now I can see if this medicine is actually working or not for me???

and that’s the power of social media — I wouldn’t have even known to ask about that if I hadn’t put this out there! yesterday a girlfran recommended it in a comment and about 20 more after her did too so thank you all so much for commenting and being here with me. I really appreciate it.🙏 probably more than you realize🫶

This time I’m not going to disappear and try to fight this alone … I’m going to be stronger & share it just in case maybe it helps someone else 🙏🙏🙏

And seriously, curious if you wake up most days happy & calm & excited for the day? Bc I don’t really remember a time in my life where that was the norm🤪😅
