GOOD vs. EVIL — THE PRICE OF BEING GOOD
Have you ever wondered why good people sometimes suffer the most, while those who lie, manipulate, and exploit others seem to prosper?
I’ve always found this one of life’s most troubling contradictions.
We are taught to be kind, forgiving, generous, and understanding. But somewhere along the way, some of us begin confusing goodness with sacrifice, forgiveness with accepting mistreatment, and kindness with allowing others to take advantage of us.
Evil asks: “And if being good costs them everything?”
Good responds: “Then teach them to protect their hearts without becoming cruel.”
That exchange captures something I believe deeply.
Being a good person doesn’t mean you must tolerate disrespect. Forgiving someone doesn’t mean giving them another opportunity to hurt you. And choosing yourself doesn’t suddenly make you selfish.
Warriors, never allow the cruelty of this world to turn your heart cold. But never allow your kindness to become the very weapon someone uses to destroy you.
You can have a beautiful heart and still have boundaries.
The world may not always reward your goodness, but that doesn’t make it worthless.
Stay kind. Stay strong. And know when to walk away🖤⚔️

Sometimes we can choose don't forgive, because some people hurt us and don't accept it, don't care about it and this is hurtful 🥺
