It’s hard to imagine a life where I don’t get to see you again. Rest peacefully, my sweet Jido 🤍🕊️

I think he's actually remembering something.

Can powerlifter also do calisthenics?

The SAID Principle
(Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands).
Your body adapts exactly to the types of stress you place on it. If you want to lift heavier, you have to lift heavy. If you want to run faster, you have to sprint. If you want to master body weight skill movements (muscle ups, front lever, back lever), you can do it all as long as you train for it.

I was still deadlifting 280 Kg at that time (220 Kg Squat, 120 Kg bench).

В Азербайджане новые правила школьной формы вызвали волну протестов. Учениц в хиджабах перестали пускать на занятия, а на их защиту вышли школьники, родители и учителя.
