Holy shit what a fun night!! Season 3 is officially started!! It was amazing to share the first look with some of our crew and cast!! The reactions were wild and I’m so fucking proud of this team!! You guys are in for it! ✨❤️

And 3 more than will make you chuckle… 🙊

1️⃣ Pretend I don’t want dessert because someone else is watching my weight for me. 🙄
These days, you better believe I’m having the sticky toffee pudding.

2️⃣ Share a duvet with someone who thinks the entire thing belongs to them.🙈
I’ve survived enough hardship without waking up freezing at 3am.

3️⃣ Feel guilty about doing absolutely nothing on a Saturday night. 💃
I’ve worked very hard to make my life somewhere I actually enjoy being.

Four years ago, I couldn’t have imagined how much my life would change.
Not because it’s particularly glamorous…

But because the smallest, most ordinary freedoms have become the things I treasure most. 🥰

October is Domestic Abuse Awareness Month
So I wanted to share a little reminder that life after abuse isn’t just about what you’ve survived.

It’s about everything you get to reclaim.🤎

To every woman who’s still trying to find her way out
(or slowly finding her way back to herself)
I hope one day you get to experience a life beyond your wildest dreams. 😊

You’ve got this,
SJ &, of course, The Queen 🐾

LL Cool J again walked the St. Albans streets on a recent summer weekday, just like he did when he was James Todd Smith.

But this homecoming is not about the part of his career that earned him Grammy Awards and a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction. He’s in New York to film a scene for his debuting procedural, “NCIS: New York.”

For 14 seasons and more than 300 episodes, LL anchored “NCIS: Los Angeles” as Sam Hanna, the resolute ex-Navy SEAL turned federal agent in a spinoff.

“You get a chance to see some of the vulnerabilities, the uncertainty,” @llcoolj said in a New York Times interview. “Because don’t forget: He hasn’t been home in so long. He’s almost like a stranger in this place.”
