The Manitoba Restaurants Hall of Fame has found its home at RRC Polytech’s Paterson GlobalFoods Institute, celebrating the leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs who have shaped Manitoba’s restaurant industry.
This year’s inductees, James “Jimmy” Siwicki, Richard Enright and the late Oscar Grubert, join a growing legacy of industry trailblazers whose impact continues to inspire the next generation of culinary professionals.
