Congratulations to our first-time homebuyers on the purchase of their new home in Miami!
This one was a special one!
Our buyers went under contract a year ago through a lease-to-own agreement, renting the property for a full year before purchasing it at the original price they negotiated back then!
A year in the making, and we finally made it to the closing table!
We were able to creatively structure a loan tailored to our client’s unique financial situation, making this long-awaited purchase a reality.
Some deals take a little more time, strategy, and creativity, but that’s what makes the closing even sweeter!
