One of the most meaningful parts of my job is ensuring that women who look like me feel seen, heard, and represented in the beauty industry. Because textured hair deserves more than a seat at the table it deserves to be celebrated, understood, and prioritized 🫡

My why.✨

I am home with my daughter 24/7. I don’t miss a game for my son unless I need to keep her home. My kids are my world. But from the beginning I knew if I got the opportunity to go live my big adventure that I would go, and go all in. No guilt, no worry. Just all in. Thankful for my husband @chrispbenjamin , his mom and dad who stepped up and stepped in, and no one missed a beat.
