Caporales
During the Fiesta DC festival last month, several
South American countries were represented. This particular group of kids presented the Caporales dance, a folk dance from Bolivia.
Loved the energy and the colorful costumes they wore.
What particularly caught my attention was that the kids wore two different-colored shoes. I asked them about it and they didn’t quite have an answer for me. I got a big smile instead and I was happy with that.
